1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an AdsForge account, we collect:

• Email address and password (hashed and salted, never stored in plain text)
• Email verification status
• Account preferences and settings

Meta Advertising Data

When you connect your Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad account via OAuth, we access and store:

• Ad account identifiers and structure (campaigns, ad sets, ads)
• Performance metrics such as spend, ROAS, CPA, impressions, clicks, and conversions
• Ad creative content (copy, images, targeting parameters)
• Budget and scheduling information

We connect through Meta's official Marketing API using OAuth. We never see or store your Meta password.

E-commerce Data

If you connect a WooCommerce or Shopify store, we access revenue and order data for the purpose of tracking ad performance and calculating return on ad spend.

API Keys

You may provide your own API keys for AI providers (Claude, GPT, Gemini, Kimi). These keys are stored encrypted on our servers and are used solely to process AI requests on your behalf.

Usage Data

We automatically collect standard usage data including pages visited, features used, browser type, device information, and IP address.

Cookies & Tracking

Our landing page uses Google Analytics (GA4) and Meta Pixel to understand traffic and measure marketing effectiveness. See the Cookies section below for details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and operate the AdsForge platform, including ad monitoring, optimization, and management (pausing, activating, and adjusting budgets)
• Generate AI-powered insights and recommendations for your ad campaigns
• Send performance alerts and notifications via Telegram
• Track revenue attribution through your connected e-commerce store
• Authenticate your identity and secure your account
• Communicate with you about your account, including email verification and service updates
• Improve and develop our platform based on aggregate usage patterns
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your ad account data to train AI models.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on our servers with the following safeguards:

• All data is encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL
• Passwords are hashed and salted using industry-standard algorithms
• API keys are stored with encryption at rest
• Meta OAuth tokens are securely stored and can be revoked at any time from your Meta Business settings
• Access to production systems is restricted and logged

While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your AdsForge account.

4. Third-Party Services

AdsForge integrates with several third-party services to deliver its functionality. Each has its own privacy practices:

Meta (Facebook/Instagram) API

We use Meta's Marketing API to read and manage your ad accounts. Our use of Meta data complies with Meta's Platform Terms. You can revoke access at any time from your Meta Business Settings.

AI Providers

When you use AI-powered features, your ad data may be sent to the AI provider you've selected (Anthropic/Claude, OpenAI/GPT, Google/Gemini, or Moonshot/Kimi) using your own API keys. Each provider processes this data according to their respective privacy policies. We recommend reviewing those policies directly.

Telegram

If you enable Telegram alerts, we use the Telegram Bot API to deliver notifications to your Telegram account. We store your Telegram chat identifier to route messages.

WooCommerce & Shopify

If you connect your store, we access order and revenue data through their respective APIs for performance tracking purposes only.

Google Analytics & Meta Pixel

Our landing page uses Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel to analyze site traffic and measure the effectiveness of our marketing. These tools may set cookies and collect anonymized usage data. See the Cookies section for more information.

Payment Processing

Payments are handled by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers. The payment processor's handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policy.

5. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you at any time.
• Correction: You can update your account information directly from your dashboard settings.
• Deletion: You can request that we delete your account and all associated data. Upon request, we will remove your data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it.
• Export: You can request an export of your data in a machine-readable format.
• Revoke Access: You can disconnect your Meta ad account at any time from your AdsForge dashboard or directly from Meta Business Settings.
• Opt Out: You can opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide our services. Specifically:

• Account data: Retained until you delete your account.
• Ad performance data: Retained for the duration of your subscription to enable historical reporting and trend analysis.
• Usage logs: Retained for up to 12 months for security and improvement purposes.
• Deleted accounts: Upon account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days. Some anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes.

7. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies on our platform:

• Essential cookies: Required for authentication and basic platform functionality (session management, login state).
• Analytics cookies: Google Analytics 4 cookies help us understand how visitors interact with our landing page. These collect anonymized usage data such as page views, traffic sources, and session duration.
• Marketing cookies: Meta Pixel tracks conversions from our Facebook and Instagram ads to help us measure and improve our marketing campaigns.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect platform functionality. Analytics and marketing cookies are only present on our public landing page.
