Welcome to AdsForge. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AdsForge platform, available at adsforge.tech. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using AdsForge, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using AdsForge on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the platform. Continued use of AdsForge after any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
AdsForge is an AI-powered optimization platform for Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising. The service includes, but is not limited to:

To use AdsForge, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:
AdsForge reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or show signs of unauthorized access.
AdsForge offers the following subscription tiers:

New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, you must select a paid plan to continue using AdsForge. If you do not select a plan, your account will be paused and optimization features will be disabled.
Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis, starting on the date you select a paid plan. You authorize AdsForge to charge your chosen payment method for the applicable subscription fee each billing cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period -- you will retain access to paid features until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
Because AdsForge offers a free trial, we generally do not issue refunds for subscription charges. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support@adsforge.tech within 14 days, and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
AdsForge connects to your Meta ad accounts through Meta's official Marketing API using OAuth authentication. By connecting your Meta account, you:
AdsForge is not responsible for any violations of Meta's policies resulting from your ad content, targeting choices, or account configuration. You are solely responsible for ensuring your advertising activities comply with Meta's rules and all applicable laws.
AdsForge uses third-party AI providers (including Claude by Anthropic, OpenAI GPT, Google Gemini, and Kimi) to generate ad copy, creative suggestions, and optimization recommendations. You acknowledge and agree that:

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination, if we determine that you have violated these terms.
The AdsForge platform, including its design, code, features, documentation, and branding, is the intellectual property of AdsForge and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written consent.
You retain ownership of your data, including ad content, account information, and campaign data that you provide to AdsForge. You grant AdsForge a limited license to use your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.
AI-generated content created through the platform is provided for your use in your advertising campaigns. AdsForge does not claim ownership over AI-generated outputs.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AdsForge and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
In no event shall AdsForge's total aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid to AdsForge in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
AdsForge is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We specifically disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Without limiting the foregoing, AdsForge does not warrant that:

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting support@adsforge.tech to request account deletion.
AdsForge may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that:
Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or legitimate business purposes, but we will delete your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
AdsForge reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and notify you via email or through the platform.
Your continued use of AdsForge after the revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and cancel your subscription.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of AdsForge shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
